The best part is there is we don’t cut out your favourite foods, and your coach is there for accountability and support every step of the way. 
 
Throughout the fat loss phase, coaches ensure that we maintain all the results you achieved in phase 1, including:
  • improved energy
  • improved digestion
  • better sleep
  • less hormonal symptoms
  • improved confidence
  • improved strength

Phase 3

Results that LAST

 

This phase focuses on:

 

Vitality for Life. Most coaching programs are missing an EXIT PLAN after fat loss.
This is a crucial step for everyone when it comes to lasting results, and without it, you risk going backwards again in the future.
 
Phase 3 does a number of important things, including
