Meet The Team
CEO
Stephanie Crassweller (Fusnik):
I have always had a passion for helping others, sports, health and fitness which led to me pursue a BSc. in Kinesiology. I started my personal training career during my 2nd year of university and instantly fell in love. During my undergrad I trained everyone from athletes, and firefighters to "average Joes" with chronic conditions. I then got my exercise therapist designation and NSCA Strength and Conditioning and completed my MSc. in Kinesiology. This led to me to work as an exercise therapist for the health region focusing on chronic disease management. I realized I wanted to help clients even more so I went on to get 2 diplomas in Manual Osteopathic Therapy and my Neurokinetic Therapy certifications. I then opened my own clinic - Vitality Osteopathic and Exercise Therapy - where I first offer osteopathy, online and in person training. We have since expanded to be a multidisciplinary clinic with a growing team. Clients saw great success in improving pain, mobility and weight loss but something was missing - nutrition. I became very frustrated hearing what my clients had been through with the health care system and past coaches. So I set out to learn as much as I could about fixing health, metabolism, and stress responses- and how they affected women.I was tired of the cookie cutter approaches. I quickly pursued my nutrition coaching designation so that I could make a bigger impact on my client's lives. Now I run a successful business with a wonderful team of coaches who help women improve their health and navigate peri-menopause every single day with 1-on-1, specialized coaching and care.

Kirianna - Head Coach
Not only is Kirianna the Head Coach, she also does operations for Vitality! Kirianna has over 15 years in the fitness and health industry. She was the overweight kid in school, up until she was introduced to the gym as a way of taking care of herself and got a subscription to Women's Health magazine in high school. She then began personal training before graduating from UBC with her applied biology degree, and fell in love with helping clients figure out how their bodies worked.
She then got her nutritional therapy certification to support her own struggle with PCOS and severe IBS. Since then, she’s become a regional personal training manager at two gyms (that's where her and Steph met!), competed in two bikini competitions, & interned at a functional health company to learn more about functional nutrition. She is currently working towards her functional nutrition practitioner certification.
Sam - Admin
Sam is the face everyone probably talks to at least once in our Vitality Community. She is our main communicator, PDF-giver, and setter-upper of all things coach contact and administration!
Sam had her own personal weight loss and health journey where, after gaining weight at 21 and facing deep depression and anxiety, she had reached her highest weight of 225lbs. After that, she chose to make a change for the better. she changed her entire lifestyle to better support her health.
Sam lost over 85 pounds by changing her lifestyle and putting her health first with working out, better nutrition, and cutting out bad habits. She then became a personal trainer, training 40+ year old women for over 7 years now. She met Steph through a coaching friend and the rest is history. Sam's motto is "little victories are big victories" - and is an advocate for baby steps and celebrating small wins throughout the journey!

Coach Emma
Emma’s interest in health and fitness started as a personal hobby & quickly developed into her biggest passion. Emma began her fitness journey by subscribing to the “eat less, move more” theory. She eventually stopped seeing results and was left with a slow metabolism and a host of gut- and thyroid-related issues. After becoming educated on the importance of balanced nutrition and sustainable fitness habits, Emma began to see incredible results.
Emma now strives to empower others to take charge of their fitness through sustainable, health-focused nutrition and exercise interventions.Emma takes a holistic approach to health and places a strong emphasis on biofeedback markers including gut health, energy levels, and hormonal function. Emma has an undergraduate degree in Biological Psychology and a Master’s in Instructional Systems. She is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer who loves keeping up with contemporary health research. She is currently working on her Functional Nutrition Practitioner certification.
Coach Brittany
Not only is Brittany a nutrition coach and personal trainer who is well versed in hormone health but is also a practicing doula! She has a passion for women's health, fitness, and supporting their understanding of their bodies and health. She has worked in the women's health field for over 20 years, first as a pre/postpartum personal trainer and coach, then as a birth and bereavement doula.
Brittany has come to learn the importance of women understanding their bodies, building trust in their knowledge of themselves and learning to trust their intuition. Through her own journey with previous eating disorders, over-exercising, postpartum depression, and a hysterectomy she has worked hard to overcome years of disordered thought patterns and trying to shrink herself to now trusting in her body, believing in its strength and taking up space. She is the mom to 2 beautiful girls and she is so excited to help you figure your body out!
Coach Corinne
Corinne is a plant based, nationally-qualified bikini competitor in the U.S. Throughout high school she struggled with anorexia; never feeling comfortable in who she was, always tired, weak, and not living a happy life. She knew she couldn’t go on living with how she felt or treated her body and that’s when her discovery in nutrition began. Fitness and nutrition truly saved her life and revealed her purpose.
Nutrition fascinated her with its ability to heal from the inside out. Combined with her desire to help others take control of their nutrition, Corinne attended the College of Saint Elizabeth earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics. During that time she also discovered bodybuilding and began weight training- which led to her certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and then stack on a pre and post natal certification as well. It has become her passion to help women end their frustration and terrible cycles of self doubt and destruction. Women can eat what they love, train for real change, and feel the best they ever have!
Coach Hannah
In 2018 Hannah started training at Temple University and knew she was meant to help people through training, nutrition, and their health. Since then, she has taken advanced certifications for nutrition coaching, specializing in women's health.
Her coaching focusses on not only looking their best, but FEELING their best from the inside out without having to sacrifice everything in their lives.
Training to get strong is her personal favourite because it is so empowering!
Hannah is fascinated with gut health and internal health and cannot wait to help you work through your struggles! Hannah is currently working through an internship in order to become a fully certified integrative health coach.
