Kirianna - Head Coach

Kirianna has over 15 years in the fitness and health industry. She was the overweight kid in school, up until she was introduced to the gym as a way of taking care of herself. She then began personal training before graduating from UBC with her applied biology degree, and fell in love with helping clients figure out how their bodies worked.

She then got her nutritional therapy certification to support her own struggle with PCOS and severe IBS. Since then, she’s become a regional personal training manager at two gyms (that's where her and Steph met!), competed in two bikini competitions, & interned at a functional health company to learn more about functional nutrition. She is currently working towards her functional nutrition practitioner certification.

Corinne - Coach

Corinne is a plant based, nationally-qualified bikini competitor in the U.S. Throughout high school she struggled with anorexia; never feeling comfortable in who she was, always tired, weak, and not living a happy life. She knew she couldn’t go on living with how she felt or treated her body and that’s when her discovery in nutrition began. Fitness and nutrition truly saved her life and revealed her purpose.

Nutrition fascinated her with its ability to heal from the inside out. Combined with her desire to help others take control of their nutrition, Corinne attended the College of Saint Elizabeth earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics.

During that time she also discovered bodybuilding and began weight training- which led to her certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and then stack on a pre and post natal certification as well. It has become her passion to help women end their frustration and terrible cycles of self doubt and destruction. Women can eat what they love, train for real change, and feel the best they ever have!

Nicole - Coach

Our Aussie coach Nicole is a fitness and health professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. At the age of 18, while battling with weight and self-confidence, she discovered the transformative power of the gym. During her mid 20 and 30's she was a typical yo-yo dieter and experienced weight gain. She's tried every diet out there in an attempt to find a solution. It wasn't until she became a nutrition coach five years ago that she began to truly understand how to build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle and actually get results that last.

Now in her mid-40s she's still on her own health journey. She has lost 40 pounds and still going strong. She knows firsthand the challenges of juggling a busy family/work schedule and a desire for a healthy, fulfilling life.

Nicole believes that with the right support and plan, anything is possible. And as a wife and mother of three, she knows how important it is to prioritize self-care and healthy living in the midst of a busy family life.

Chelsey - Coach

Coach Chelsey was a middle school teacher who had always enjoyed exercise and used it as her favourite form of stress relief. When she was 23, her dad passed away from Colon cancer, so she started to learn more about the importance of nutrition and started changing her habits. After having her 2 daughters, she wanted to get back on track so she hired a coach and had a truly terrible coaching experience that included overtraining and an incredibly restrictive meal plan that had her eating 1100 calories. It left her with more weight to lose and a nasty case of SIBO.

This ignited her passion to learn how to fuel her body correctly and what was considered safe and effective for sustainable weight loss. After a successful reverse, achieving her weight loss goals, and improving her gut health, Chelsey became a Personal Trainer and went on to study with the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN) to be a Certified Nutrition Practitioner.

During that time, Chelsey learned more about Perimenopause and Menopause, (and took Stacy Sims menopause specialization, and hormone harmony masterclass) and could not believe the lack of support that women face during this transformative time in their lives. She is fascinated by the connection between Estrogen and our gut health and knows that working on all aspects of health is imperative to lasting change. Chelsey wants to set a good example for her daughters as she moves forward in life, and help women achieve healthy and sustainable weight loss while still enjoying the foods, movement, and activities they love. While her background is in teaching, she has a passion for education and making information accessible to all women.

Kirsten - Coach

Coach Kirsten is a former Dental Hygienist turned NASM Personal Trainer and Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She has a deep passion for gut health, hormonal balance, and holistic wellness.

Kirsten's health journey began at age 27, when she passed out on the subway in Toronto due to hypoglycaemia, and was warned that she was at risk for type 2 diabetes. Her grandmother passed away due to Type 1 diabetes and this was the turning point that led her to dig into the world of nutrition, and she hasn't looked back since.

Over the years, Kirsten navigated a series of health challenges—from a significant hernia after C-sections to a diagnosis of hypothyroidism, which also coincided with the start of her perimenopause journey at 38. Kirsten also struggled with leaky gut, and soon realized that the balance of hormones, along with gut health and stress levels, were at the core of many of her health struggles. This realization sparked her passion to learn how to heal from the root cause and optimize her body’s natural functions.

Kirsten's mission is to support other women who are navigating perimenopause and menopause, helping them understand what’s happening inside their bodies and how to feel more balanced, regain their energy, and lose weight. She knows how frustrating it can be when your body feels out of sync, and she's passionate about offering the support and education that can help women achieve sustainable health—without depriving themselves of the foods and activities they love.

With a daughter who will one day go through this same journey, and a son who will support the women in his life, Kirsten is more committed than ever to educating women on how to heal from the root cause and take charge of their health.

Coach Tay has spent over 10 years in the nutrition and fitness world, and she is so grateful to have found this community.

In 2019, after the loss of her brother, Tay faced serious health challenges like hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue, and GI issues. This experience only strengthened her commitment to health and wellness.

Since then, she has continued her education with Levels 1 and 2 Functional Health Coach Certification through Metabolic Mentor University.

Tay's passion for helping women navigate their health journeys is deeply personal. Heather - Coach

Meet Heather – Coach, Functional Health Practitioner, and Hormone Literacy Advocate

With over 23 years of experience in the fitness and training industry, Heather brings a powerful blend of expertise, lived experience, and deep empathy to her work with women in perimenopause and menopause.

Heather’s journey began in personal training and Pilates instruction before evolving into high-performance functional training and nutrition coaching for athletes. But a decade later, it was her own experience through perimenopause that again reshaped her path—and her purpose. Like many women, she had never even heard of perimenopause until she was in it. When her typically upbeat personality started shifting, and unexpected changes in mood, energy, and body composition emerged, she knew something deeper was going on.

Her search for answers led her to work alongside a nurse practitioner and a functional medicine expert, diving into hormone health, metabolism, and the many changes women experience in midlife. Through this, Heather discovered just how misunderstood and underserved women are during this transition—and how essential it is to connect the dots between hormones, mood, energy, and physical health.

Now in her 50s, Heather coaches both in-person and online clients with a focus on functional nutrition, intelligent training, supplements, and lifestyle strategies tailored to women in perimenopause and beyond. Her unique perspective is grounded not only in science, but in firsthand experience, having also navigated complex health challenges like mold toxicity that deepened her understanding of how the body responds to internal and external stressors.
Heather is currently expanding her knowledge even further by studying Chinese medicine theory, allowing her to blend traditional wisdom with modern functional health for a truly holistic approach.
Her mission is simple: to be the voice and guide she wished she had a decade ago. With compassion, curiosity, and a fierce dedication to women’s wellness, Heather helps her clients feel seen, supported, and stronger than ever through their hormonal transitions.

KC - Coach

If you had asked younger KC what she’d be doing with her life, she would’ve laughed in your face if you told her she’d become a coach.

"For a long time, I didn’t even take care of myself. I struggled with my weight, battled an eating disorder for most of my life, used alcohol and food to numb my emotions, and stayed in an abusive relationship far too long. I was going down a dark path and had no idea how to pull myself out.

What saved me wasn’t one big turning point. It was a slow, messy falling in love with lifting, with food that actually made me feel good, and with a community that reminded me I didn’t have to do it alone. It gave me something to hold onto when everything else felt like it was falling apart. It helped me rebuild myself from the inside out.

But healing isn’t a straight line.

Years into my journey, I hit another wall. This time it was hormone issues, burnout, and anxiety. I felt like I was doing all the “right” things, but I didn’t even recognize the person I saw in the mirror.

I hired coaches and did “all the right things.” But no matter how hard I worked, I felt stuck long-term. In some ways, I became worse than when I started.

But looking back, I didn’t realize how surface-level that support really was. It didn’t get to the root of what was going on.

Eventually, I came across someone online who spoke openly about women’s health and how stress, hormones, and lifestyle are all connected.

That was the spark to learning everything I could, diving into certifications, talking to people smarter than me, etc, in the effort to take back control of my health.

That changed everything. Not just my body, but how I felt, and how I showed up for the people I love.

I became a women’s functional health coach because I know what it feels like to live in a body that won’t cooperate. To be told “you’re fine” when you know you’re not. I know the shame, the frustration, and the deep desire to finally feel like yourself again.

This work isn’t just what I do. It’s personal.

My goal is to help women stop fighting their bodies and start working with them. Because that’s where real magic happens!"

We are so happy to have her join the mission on changing the trajectory of women’s health!
